Customer Reviews
Super easy eSIM setup
I switched to fraenk last week and got the eSIM. The activation was so quick, just a few clicks in the app and I was good to go! Really happy with the 'digitaler handyvertrag' experience. Definitely coming back for more, and telling all my friends.
Simple and straightforward
My old contract was ending, so I checked out fraenk. It was pretty easy to get started, I just downloaded the app and signed up for the fraenk flat. The 'rufnummernmitnahme' took maybe 3-4 days to fully process, which was fine. Everything else was smooth. No complicated stuff, just a basic 'allnet flat' that works. I used it for a trip in the EU-Ausland too, no issues there.
Good value, extra data
I was looking for a new mobilfunktarif and saw fraenk had a deal for new customers. I got the '10 GB statt 7 GB aktion' which was a nice bonus. The 'monatlich kündbarer vertrag' is great for flexibility, and the price point feels really fair for being on the Telekom netz. It felt like a solid purchase.
Consistent service, always reliable
This is my third time using fraenk, I've been with them for a while now. I switched from another provider because of their 'telekom netz tarif'. Every time I've needed an upgrade, like the 'datenvolumen upgrade' last month, it's been super simple through the app. The service has always been consistent and reliable, which is why I keep coming back. The 'monatlich kündbar' option is still a big plus for me, offering that flexibility that other providers don't always have. They haven't disappointed yet.

Got the 10 GB instead of 7 GB action. Nice bonus!
Payment options with fraenk are quite limited, only PayPal.
Fraenk eSIM activation was super fast for me.
Does fraenk really use the Telekom network? Signal seems great.
How to get more data volume with the friends invite code? Mine just doesn't work.
Rufnummernmitnahme with fraenk was surprisingly smooth.
Is the fraenk app mandatory? Can I manage without it?
Monthly cancellable contract is a lifesaver with fraenk.
